Collagen Raspberry Fruit Shake


1 or 2 scoops Collagen Type I & III

1/3 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries

1 cup water

Stevia to taste (optional)

Ice (optional)

For the rim of the glass:

Juice of 1 fresh Lemon in a small saucer

1/3 cup Coconut Sugar in a small saucer

Blend ingredients until smooth.

OPTIONAL GARNISH; Dip rim of glass in lemon then dip in Coconut Sugar.

Pour fruit shake into glass and enjoy!
