1 or 2 Scoops Collagen Type I & III

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1 cup fresh or unsweetened coconut water

Stevia to taste (optional)

Ice (Optional)

Blend ingredients together and pour over ice and enjoy!

Blackberries were found to have the highest antioxidant content out of 1120 food samples by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Food and Nutrient Analysis Program.* Blackberries have an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) value of about 5347 ┬Ámol TE per 100 grams. The Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity is a method of testing that measures the capacity of any substance to sponge up free radicals and is a typical measurement of the antioxidant level of a substance.
