Age-Management Ice Coffee


1 or 2 scoops Advanced Connective Tissue Formula

1/2 cup fresh or unsweetened coconut water

1 cup cold brewed coffee (see instructions below)

Stevia to taste (optional)

Ice

Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Nutritional Notes

Cold brewed coffee is more alkaline so it’s easier on the stomach with acid levels at only about one-third of the acidic oil levels found in hot coffee.

While it takes several hours to make a pot of delicious cold brew coffee, it's easy to do while you're sleeping! Just pour cold water over your favorite freshly ground coffee in a French Press coffee maker. Place cover on with the plunger up and let steep overnight. In the morning, slowly press the plunger down to separate the coffee grounds from the cold brew coffee.

Pour coffee into a blender with the rest of the ingredients, pulse until smooth and pour over ice.
